Video design was not an expertise of mine when I started working in the Learning & Development field. The majority of the learning objects I created for many years were instructor lead. As the training budgets of businesses become slimmer, clients are requesting more video based training.
It was a fun challenge to learn how to design training videos that are attractive and interesting. Now years later, video design has become one of my favorite types of projects. Below are a few samples of training videos I created in a variety of platforms.

Covid-19 Training
This video was created for a local gym to help them meet the Covid-19 re-opening requirements for our area.
Our areas health department required that all members participate in a training to learn how to prevent Covid-19 spreading at that location before they were allowed to start attending classes again. This video was assigned to all members to watch.
The characters in this video and the setting is modeled after the gym and its coaches. I was able to work with all the gyms coaches to have them record their own voice-over clips remotely since social distancing requirements preventing them from being able to come into a audio recording studio. The downfall of this method is (as you will hear) that the audio has some variability from one character to the next- due to the audio equipment constraints of the coaches.
